“ Amy Works Miracles, that’s the take away! From the moment we spoke with Amy we felt assured, she saw our creative vision and took it to the next level!
Everyone kept complimenting the flowers all day. The icing on the cake was just how friendly and professional Amy was throughout the whole process we never had a single worry. The cherry on top of the icing on the cake was how after the wedding Amy turned the remaining flowers into lovely bouquets for us to place around our home. 1000/10. "

Amy was amazing to work with as our wedding florist.
Leading up to the event she was extremely professional and organized. She listened to the ideas we had and also offered her own ideas and expertise. She created an inspiration board on Pinterest for us to collaborate, both putting images herself based on the things we discussed with her and invited us to also pin images of arrangements and decoration ideas we liked. She even did a site visit with us to explore the venue space together and discuss possibilities. Amy took the lead on making arrangements for the visit directly with the venue and communicated directly with them and the other relevant suppliers for our event to make sure everything worked together perfectly (i.e. venue logistics, flowers for the wedding cake, photography).
She was always very professional yet casual on our calls with her. We felt we could be honest and open with her about how things were going with the wedding planning, doing it alongside having recently had a baby. She was very patient with us when we were struggling to keep on top of things and also filled a bit of a void in headspace to dedicate to thinking through details. She always made very thorough notes of our interactions with clear actions, which she had usually actioned on her side before she even sent the summary email to us. Her consultancy background really showed in her extremely organsied and professional nature. We always felt that Amy was on top of everything flower-related and took the pressure off us thinking about all the other aspects of the event.
She presented us with a thorough proposal based on our early discussions but openly iterated it with us right up until the event. As the event drew closer, we decided to invest a bit more budget and add in a few additional arrangements. Amy embraced the increased scope and even piloted a different type of stand we had suggested to her that she hadn’t used before. She conscientiously tested it in advance to make sure it would work for our purposes and delivered everything beyond our expectations.
The colours, the types of flowers, the buttonholes and corsages were all beautiful and complemented our colour scheme, attire and general relaxed feel of our wedding very well. She made the most beautiful deconstructed arch for us to get married in front of and did a wonderful job on the other arrangements as well, including posies for the aisle, table centrepieces, pot plants, and foliage to frame signs we had created for our event.
On the day she was on time and professional. She brought a team of people to support her that were all professionally dressed and focussed on delivering a beautiful backdrop for our wedding. Our family enjoyed interacting with her and her team during the wedding setup and were so impressed with how the girls put everything together that morning. They had a timeline to work to when the guests would be arriving for the ceremony. They were extremely focused and delivered everything to the highest standard. Amy also went the extra mile and helped with placing other decorations such as tea lights and ensuring things looked good overall when setting up her flower arrangements.
Our venue had different zones that the guests moved through as the event unfolded. Amy re-used the flowers displays she created for us between the various spaces which was both environmentally green and kept costs down for us. She used ingenuity to really help us make the most of the flowers on our day. The flower arch that was the backdrop for our ceremony she moved to behind our table at the meal. Ourselves and our guests were able to continue to enjoy the beautiful arrangement and it nicely created emphasis on us at the meal. She also re-used the posies and pot plants from the ceremony and drinks reception for the table centrepieces at the meal and to decorate the party and bar area.
The next morning Amy came bright and early to take down the flower arrangements she had created for us before we needed to have the venue cleared. She thoughtfully dismantled all the flowers into smaller arrangements that we could take home with us to enjoy and share with family and friends too. She also gave us the various pot plants (a mix of different herbs and roses) to also keep for our garden and share with our family and friends as keepsakes. Again she was extremely professional and positive.
Overall, Amy did an amazing job of the flowers for our wedding. We are so grateful to have asked her to create our flower arrangements for us. She surpassed our expectations and surprised us with the most beautiful displays. We highly recommend Amy as your wedding florist from her professionalism, super organisation, positive attitude, open and collaborative approach and patience.
